Please be a 'Secret Santa' for a needy youngster in the run-up to Christmas
People in Sunderland are being asked to become ‘Secret Santas’ for thousands of needy youngsters this Christmas. Today sees the launch of the Echo's annual Christmas Toy Appeal – in partnership with Wearside charity Hope 4 Kidz.
