Can I return my order to a schuh store? Yes you can! Providing the shoes are in an unused condition, you can return footwear purchased on our UK site/stores back to one of our UK stores for a refund back to the credit/debit card that was used to pay for the order, or you can exchange the shoes for something else!
May 24, 2017 · In your case you are perfectly entitled to take Schuh to small claims court and present your case there. It may benefit you to obtain an independent fault report which shows that the shoes were any of the 3 above (ie faulty material etc).
