Piper and Leo, with help from Coop's ring, must travel back in time to change the events that lead to the deaths of Piper's sisters and the manor's destruction.
Coop takes Grams, Patty, Chris and Wyatt back to their own times and erases their memories of the recent events. The next day, Piper brings the Book of Shadows downstairs to Phoebe and Paige, and they each write a reflection of what has happened in the past years so future generations will know.
Charmed Season 8 Episode 22: Forever Charmed Summary: Reeling from the deaths of their respective sisters, Piper, Billie and a returned Leo enlist Coop's help to go back in time and prevent all the misguided bloodshed. This forces Billie to realize just what her sister had truly become.
Piper uses Coop's ring to move through time in order to save Phoebe and Paige. The first attempt is to go to Phoebe, which ends up taking her and Leo to when Patty was pregnant. They then try to go to move ahead to Grams, but they overshoot to a point when Piper is the grandmother.
