Vincent Jean Mpoy Kompany (born 10 April 1986) is a Belgian professional football manager and former player who is currently the manager of Bundesliga club Bayern Munich. A centre-back during his playing career, Kompany spent eleven seasons at Manchester City, eight of which he served as captain.
