A F2P player here. This game is one of the most F2P friendly MMORPGs you will ever find. The Premium in Albion online is purely progression boost, you get 50% extra fame, 50% extra loot in chests and 50% extra silver drops. This means that there is no cap on the max gear for F2P, you can get and wear full 8.3 MP gear as F2P.
Right now it's somewhat unique because there isn't a fantasy sandbox MMO that's doing what Albion Online is, and with such a huge influx of players too, but man, the game could be so much better because right now it's mediocre.
