- Keith Nale (‘Survivor: San Juan del Sur’ and ‘Survivor: Cambodia’) August 16, 1960 – April 18, 2023. This two-time fan favorite who placed fourth in “Survivor: San Juan del Sur” and fifth in “Survivor: Cambodia” died of cancer in 2023 at age 62.
- Roger Sexton (‘Survivor: The Amazon’) September 26, 1946 – October 26, 2022. Roger lost his long battle with Lewy Body Dementia at age 76. He competed during Season 6, the first-ever male vs. female edition, which aired on CBS in 2003.
- Dan Lembo (‘Survivor: Nicaragua’) October 7, 1946 – September 3, 2022. Dan passed away at age 75 from progressive supranuclear palsy. He lasted 37 out of 39 days on the island during Season 21 in 2010, making it all the way to fifth place.
- Clay Jordan (‘Survivor: Thailand’) December 30, 1955 – May 19, 2022. Clay passed away at age 66 of a short illness. He came in second place to Brian Heidik in the show’s fifth season, which took place in Ko Tarutao, Thailand.

- Jenn Lyon, Survivor Palau. Jenn Lyon, who placed fourth during Survivor's 10th season, was the first American Survivor contestant to die.
- B.B. Andersen, Survivor Borneo. Anderson, the second-oldest player on Survivor's first season, died at age 77 in 2013.
- Caleb Bankston, Survivor Blood vs. Water. Caleb Bankston played the game during Survivor: Blood vs. Water along with his boyfriend Colton Cumbie. He died in 2014 at age 26.
- Dan Kay, Survivor Gabon. Dan Kay, a lawyer from Boston who competed on Survivor Gabon, died in 2016 at age 40.
