The University of Lincoln is guided in achieving its strategic goals by its Chancellor, Board of Governors, and Senior Leadership Team. The Chancellor, as ceremonial figurehead of the University, helps to represent the University’s interests in the public sphere.
The Governance and Compliance Team manage the University’s Governance Structures. This includes the Committee Structure, which can be broken down into three strands: Board of Governors. The Board of Governors plays a central role in the strategic development and overall performance of the University.
The University’s Standing Regulations Oversight Group scrutinises and endorses revisions and amendments to existing Regulations, and develops new sets of regulations, as further awards are added to the University’s Schedule.
