The fourth bottle of hot sauce can be found in the “If You’re Seeing This And You’re Not Jack, Suck A Butt” area of the Jack’s Secret Map. This bottle is hidden at the beginning of the map. It’s right around the first hard corner, just before you need to fall down into the crawling space. The bottle is up on the ledge behind some boarding.
The fifth and final bottle of hot sauce can be found in the Luxuria area on the VIP Tower map. The bottle is in a VIP Room to the right of the Executive Shaft/Elevator where Freddiespawns. You will find the bottle sitting on the table in the center of the room.
