Jan 3, 2016 · The best way to do this is to just call T-Mobile and they will deactivate your voicemail altogether. Do not have the representative suspend your voicemail, have them transfer you to the tech department and they will turn off voicemail altogether.

Feb 8, 2015 · Open phone app, hit 3 dots on upper corner, select voice mail. It will call to check your mailbox, hang up and screen will show a block option as seen above. Then do the same to turn it back on if needed.
