You can now tap individual clips that you can trim, reorder, or even remove from the Reel. If you want to keep recording clips for this Reel, tap Add clip at the bottom to return to the camera screen.

- Adjust the settings. Assuming that you already have the Instagram app installed on your phone. You'll need to open it up to get started. There are two ways to share a video as a Reel on Instagram.
- Add music or audio. Image 1 of 2. You can record your Reel with the original audio or you can add audio from the app (if you don't need the music while you're recording the video itself, you can always add audio later).
- Record your video. There are now several ways to record a Reel. You can simply press the big Record button to start filming or you can click on the stopwatch icon if you want to add a three-second timer to give you time to prepare.
- Upload a prerecorded video. Like with Instagram Stories, you're not restricted to recording footage in the app itself. If you don't want to use Reels' editing tools but want to take advantage of the format's potential reach, you can upload videos that you've already made.
How to reply to a comment with a Reel? Simply tap reply on any comment left on one of your reels and then tap the camera icon. You’ll see the comment appear as a sticker that you can use in a reel that you record or upload from your camera roll. LEARN MORE.

Aug 12, 2020 · Tap the Magnifying Glass icon at the bottom to go to the "Discover" tab. Tap "Reels" in the bottom left. You're now in the Reels browsing interface. At the bottom left, you can tap the icons to Like, Comment, or Share Reels. The Camera icon at the top right will take you to the Reel creation screen.
