When an animal control officer arrives to help Drake and Josh detain the dog, the animal control officer becomes scared and he hides in the bathroom with the brothers. Drake and Josh make a daring escape by distracting Tiberius and the two are able to head back home.
Tiberius (also known as Rottweiler Tiberius) is a Rottweiler and Mrs. Hayfer's pet dog who only appeared in Vicious Tiberius. In Vicious Tiberius, Drake and Josh volunteer to watch and take care of Mrs. Hayfer's house and they meet him who traps them in Mrs. Hayfer's bathroom.
