Sonic doesn't have tiered service. They have one flat rate and will offer you the best speed possible for the technology used to the premise. I'm not sure if they still resell services from an ILEC like AT&T, but if they do they may have tiered service.

I don't need phone service, can I have internet only? - Currently the only service option we offer with internet only is our 10Gbps Standard Fiber service. All other connectivity services include both internet and phone.
Feb 22, 2024 · So recently I wanted to check if I can upgrade my speed tier for my fiber service and was told that Sonic can't provide the faster service because I am on ATT lines and since Sonic has canceled their contract with ATT (Sounds more like ATT canceled sonic, unlawfully) I cannot get faster tiered service without switching providers.

Sonic Fiber does not support public-facing static IPs, and most customers do not require them. If your particular network design requires static IP’s, a number of third party services and applications are available that provide dynamic DNS solutions that eliminate the need of ISP-provided static IP’s.
