Was he cheating? Was the point of that scene to expose him? But if he was cheating, why the fuck would he have recorded it or kept it? I'm also pretty sure Emelie found the tape in their safe along with the gun, which seems like a poor move if you're cheating on your wife and recording it and holding onto the tape.

My guess is that skinny man was trying to give her more time to escape but just drove his car too fast and ended up dead himself, by accident. I wasn't clear either on whether the dad was with the mom in the video or some other woman.
