Jan 12, 2024 · Keep pressing down and select Settings. Select System Management, then Resets & updates and Factory reset. Select the option to conduct the factory reset and when the screen goes black, press 4 and 6 on your remote control for 3 seconds, so that it unpairs itself.
Jan 29, 2024 · It's all Discovery, they control the various apps running on each platform and thus control what streams are available on each. I wonder if Discovery are having more issues running their app on Entertainment OS/sky hardware which may explain the more limited UHD content available when compared with discovery + on other platforms.
Dec 5, 2023 · It doesn't require you to logout on your sky box in case you can't reconnect. But anyone with a working discovery plus account go to the address ( I can't post links) discoveryplus /link . It may ask you to login but when logged in does it ask for the 6 digit code or send you back to the main page of discovery.

Rebooted/ shutdown everything including router and switches. Everything is ethernet cabled. Issue does not happen on any device accept Sky. Netflix, Disney plus fine on Sky.

I have followed the online guide provided by Sky and Discovery to the letter, my account is set up and activated and all I get is "Upgrade to Watch" whenever I try to view anything.

We have tried everything we can but still get asked to 'upgrade your pass to watch'. We have updated our Sky box and Apps, Discovery + does not show in the shop in MySky, it is linked to our Sky account, the link to Discovery + says its linked ...
Jan 19, 2024 · We could only access Discovery+ by going through the access code login each time. Today we had a broadband issue and solving that seems to have solved the Discovery+ issue too. 1. Switch off the broadband router at plug. 2. Switch off main Sky Box at plug. 3. Switch off mini Sky Box at plug. 4.
