As Portugal it was better to destroy Allies first (after Axis) and Comintern last. As Bulgaria it might be better to crush SU first and Allies after because the naval buildup is gonna be much slower than with Portugal.

Aug 7, 2020 · Bulgaria is the easyest cuz the Italians influence them via focus. If you conquer them that meens mapower loss for you and you you will have to station troops ther to quel with the partisans. If you manage to get them in the Axis they will supply troops (crappy troops) but ther still troops plus dont forget thry will trade with you for resorces and you will get some free factorys like that.
Mar 21, 2021 · The strategy is mostly idiot-proof, and unlike many Bulgaria guides, has a minimal reliance on RNG events. The basic strategy is to leverage the speed of the Democratic Principles branch. Bulgaria can get Romania, Greece, and Yugoslavia into their faction peacefully with Balkan Confederation decisions, without having to rely on RNG from spy propaganda missions.

Conquer Bulgaria - You can puppet them, if You want. 3. Delay Your focus a little bit - for ensure, that You declare war on Turkey just after guarantees disapear.
Feb 14, 2021 · Bulgaria occupied and annexed Macedonia. Italy/Albania occupied Kosovo. It is historical. Bulgaria auto annexing all of Thrace and Greek Macedonia, not so much. The Axis and Balkans would benefit from more dynamic and fluid Axis occupation. I.e if Bulgaria do nothing Italy or axis Greece can claim back Bulgarian occupied lands.

Nothing prevents either the Comintern or the Allies for trying for a coup and getting Bulgaria into their camp, other the very questionable benefit of having Bulgaria on your side. Bulgaria is coded to actively align with the Axis as soon as she gets Cavarna province 4058 thru event 2401.
Hey all! I've been playing some dry runs of a Romanian game where I wanna' go down the Balkan Dominance tree. So far, my strategy has been to focus on economic focuses while I build up my army (I figure I need 55 divisions of int/art with Recon, Engineers, Arty and AT to unlock the relevant national focuses concerning Hungary and Bulgaria).
