Brede House (Danish: Brede Hovedbygning) is a late 18th-century country house in Kongens Lyngby north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally built for the owner of the adjacent Brede Works , it is now owned by the National Museum of Denmark and run as a historic house museum .

Brede Work’s location in the river valley known as Mølleådalen and the old textile factory give the best possible setting to display the development of Danish industry. A tour around the factory, from the park containing Brede Manor and various factory buildings, to the yellow workers’ houses, gives visitors an idea of how the inhabitants of Brede lived for over 100 years.
