Jul 13, 2022 · Unfortunately, the only way to regain access on your Android phone is to factory reset it. However, double check if you indeed can't remember the password or there is no way to reset it. Once you are ready to proceed, press on the power button on the Wipe Data/Factory Reset option.
If you want to change your passcode, click on profile within the mobile banking app. Select "Settings" then "Change Passcode". You will then be logged out of the app in order to change your passcode. If you have forgotten your passcode you can reset this within the Mobile Banking App by selecting "Forgot Passcode."
