  1. Green B. Trimble Technical High School started in 1882 as Fort Worth High School. In 1910, the school's original building burned to the ground, forcing classes to move to elementary schools. The new Fort Worth High School building opened in 1911 on the corner of Jennings and Rosedale avenues in southwest Fort Worth.

In 1930 the school moved into the old Ninth Ward School near today’s Nash Elementary School. In 1937 the school, as “Technical High School,” moved into the old North Side High School building on Park Street.

  8. This school opened in 1918 as Central High School and the front portion was designed by Sanguinet & Staats. The gymnasium, auditorium, and side wings were designed by Wylie G. Clarkson and were completed in 1927.
