Feb 4, 2020 · So, do you have BlackBerry USB drivers installed in your Windows 10 machine? If the driver is installed and SMBv1 is enabled then your Passport should show up.
Windows has a win10 download you can install to a USB, if you try a reformat.. (if you have backups or just sync with a browser/services) and boot from the USB while OFFLINE, then powershell the garbage off, and then install a fresh copy of link from blackberries downloads it should work out.
