  1. Mar 15, 2016 · We are on holiday and my playbook couldn't find any wifi signal. I tried shutting down but since then it won't get past the splash screen. The next day the same thing happened with my husband's playbook. We can't use either one. We have tried the three button reset but nothing changes. Please help!

  4. Jul 4, 2012 · I suggest buying the Blackberry Rapid Charger for the Playbook an connecting that to the 3 charging dots just to make sure the Playbook can charge. If the Rapid Charger works, then you might have a damaged USB port or a bad charger.

  6. For the vast majority of users, folks have been stuck at the wireless settings screen--in other words, they're stopped at wifi, not at the SW update screen or anywhere else. Some on Passports have not had this issue but this fix is the one that is confirmed to work for all BB10 users and all devices.

  8. Jan 25, 2022 · Press and hold the "Blackberry" logo you'll see on the screen which says "Your device is now connected to the Internet." Press the End Call/Power button on your device. Your device should exit to the main BB10 home screen with visible apps. Let us know if you have any trouble!
