Mar 15, 2016 · We are on holiday and my playbook couldn't find any wifi signal. I tried shutting down but since then it won't get past the splash screen. The next day the same thing happened with my husband's playbook. We can't use either one. We have tried the three button reset but nothing changes. Please help!
Blackberry Playbook: Can't get past "Agreement" page on setup. Found this in my girlfriends storage and did a factory reset on it. Boots up fine but going through the setup routine I get stuck on the "Agreement" page. The drop down doesn't show any country.
If the battery icon on the screen doesn’t show a lightning bolt or the charging LED does not blink, it is not charging. Try using a different micro-USB charger with the device. If it still does not charge, you may need to replace the battery or repair the USB port using this guide.

Jul 4, 2012 · I suggest buying the Blackberry Rapid Charger for the Playbook an connecting that to the 3 charging dots just to make sure the Playbook can charge. If the Rapid Charger works, then you might have a damaged USB port or a bad charger.

Press the Power button of your device three times in quick succession. You will hear a short chime if successful. (You may need to try pressing the Power button three times and then tapping the screen quickly with two fingers.) You will then see (and hear) a pop-up informing you the Screen Reader software has been turned on.
