In 2013 we expanded our group even more by adding a Pediatric practice in January, the Five Rivers Dental Center and Pharmacy in September. In August of 2015, FRHC experienced additional expansion by adding the Samaritan Homeless Clinic to our mission.
Samaritan Health Center (formerly the Samaritan Homeless Clinic) is an ambulatory care department of Five Rivers Health Centers located near the Families and Women Gateway Shelter. All integrated, comprehensive, multidisciplinary services are housed in one site.
