Our Family Centers. Catholic Charities is proud to include three vibrant family centers that serve neighborhoods and communities throughout the Cleveland area. Each of our centers offers a holistic approach to family wellness by providing multiple programs that cover the full age spectrum as well as the needs of the entire family.
Our health & wellness centers respond to your whole health by integrating mental and physical health care, primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy services, addiction and substance abuse treatment, HIV/AIDS prevention and support services, along with trauma recovery services. Learn more.
