The Man Who Knew Too Little is a 1997 spy comedy film starring Bill Murray, directed by Jon Amiel, and written by Robert Farrar and Howard Franklin. The film is based on Farrar's 1997 novel Watch That Man, and the title is a parody of Alfred Hitchcock 's 1934 film The Man Who Knew Too Much and his 1956 remake of the same title.
A grim disappointment. The single point is for Bill Murray turning up. Desperately unfunny - rent "Ghostbusters","Kingpin" or "Groundhog Day" to see Bill on form. 27 November 2000 8:03PM....
The Man Who Knew Too Little is a movie based on a book by Robert Farrar, and it's one of those timeless comedies with phenomenal script and even better acting. I must say that Bill Murray was hilarious in this one, and this is one of his best comedic roles.
