Mar 6, 2024 · I flew to Rome today and I was unable to check in with my BA phone app yesterday but I managed to do it with my PC. Once I did that, I tried to access my boarding pass on my phone app but it bought up that same passbook error message so I had to print out my boarding pass from my PC.
