May 15, 2019 · The Royal Liver Building was the tallest building in Britain from its opening in 1911 until the Shell Centre opened in 1961. It therefore seems fitting that the focus of RLB360 is the access it gives to the roof.
Prices. Adult (16+) – £16. Child (5-15) – £11. Please note children under 5 are not permitted on the tour. Opening dates and times vary depending on the time of year with tours usually starting every 15 minutes from 9am, subject to demand.
