You're the Boss is the tenth episode of the fourth season of Ozark. It is the third episode of Part 2 of Season 4. It aired on April 29, 2022 on Netflix.
Marty travels to the Navarro estate, Ruth asks Frank Jr. for a favor, a new acting sheriff makes waves, and Wendy tries to bring Jim back into the fold.
A flashback depicts Ben's final moments prior to his execution, where he tells Nelson he forgives Wendy. In the present, Marty arrives at Navarro's compound in Mexico, having been advised by Navarro to assert power in the cartel lest the remaining lieutenants form a rival faction. Navarro survives an assassination attempt in prison, putting him in a coma.
Marty individually analyzes the cartel lieutenants' accounts and discovers that Arturo, the cartel's top earner, has been skimming. Camila confides to Marty that Arturo envied Javi's stature in the cartel and likely ordered the hit on Navarro. Marty has Arturo tortured; Arturo repeatedly denies responsibility for the hit before finally confessing to end his torture. Marty watches with difficulty as Arturo is executed.

Lotta of violence, action and smoking hot chicks. Character arcs are good and it is compelling as hell but they use a generous amount of plot armour for the main characters. Until season 3 anyway. And it's only 3 seasons long, which makes it a fairly easy watch. And actually, Ben is in Banshee.
