Enter your reading into the box using your phone keypad. Then click send – and you’re done! If you have gas and electricity, follow these steps twice to give both readings.

Send us your meter readings. If you have a traditional meter (in other words: not a smart meter), you’ll need to send us a meter reading every month. It’s the best way of making sure your bills are accurate and up-to-date. The good news is that it’s easy to submit meter readings in your OVO account.
If you ever need to take a reading manually read our help article here. If your smart electricity meter is on an Economy 7 tariff, please ‘6’ on the keypad until you can see an ‘IMP R01’. This shows your off-peak (night-time) reading in kWh. Then keep pressing ‘6’ again until you’ll see ‘IMP R02’. This gives your daytime reading.
