- The Corn Exchange, 1991. In 1860 a new corn exchange was proposed that was to be designed and built along the lines of the state-of-the-art Edinburgh Corn Exchange.
- The Half Roundhouse, Wellington Road, 1993. Originally a heavy engineering repair shed for the Leeds & Thirsk Railway from 1847, it is now commercial storage premises.
