    The airport for Playa de las Americas is Tenerife South (TFS). There are a few public buses that can take you from TFS airport to Playa de las Americas: numbers 40 and 111. Bus route 40 takes 40 minutes to reach Playa de las Americas, while Bus 111 only takes 30 minutes. They all cost €3.70, but Route 40 offers more frequent services. A taxi is the quickest and most convenient way to get from Tenerife airport to Playa de las Americas. The trip takes about 15 minutes and costs €26 to €31.
