Nov 10, 2023 · After allowing the battery to try and charge, put it back in the Doorbell and reset the device by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Holding down the setup button for less time will not fully reset it.

Locate the black reset button on the front side of the camera, below the faceplate. Press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds. After releasing it, the ring light located on the front will flash a few times indicating the doorbell is restarting.
