5 days ago · From the ATEM software, chose "Clear Startup state" from the file menu. This resets the operational parameters of the switcher to OOTB, but will doubtfully do anything for the USB connection. Your issue is likely a bad cable, privacy settings, or bad drivers in Windows.

4 days ago · Does this mean you can't access the menu or that the factory reset option isn't there? A solution I found from the internet if you can't access the recovery menu is: Connect the tablet to a Windows PC with a USB cable while the PC and tablet are powered on
