Alright, so a little background: lately my Epic 4G touch has been acting up (restarting when it feels like it, power button won't work, going from 100% power to 20%, etc) and I decided to take appropriate action. Jul 4, 2012 · Take a look at the charging port inside the playbook, the piece inside needs to be level. You need to use a small metal object to make the piece level in the center. This worked for me. The trick is to always keep the blackberry symbol facing upwards, if it is put down, it ruins the alignment of the piece again!
