Mar 31, 2022 · Thanks for keeping us updated. Other than some iPhones, there is no option to turn on or off 5G service as it's built into your phone already. Your phone would have the ability to use LTE when 5G is not available, or if the connection is stronger, so it would be normal to see one or the other at any time on the phone.

To perform a hard reset, remove the battery for a few seconds and then reinsert.

Open the battery cover on the back of the BlackBerry.
