- Unlock With Smart Lock. Smart Lock is an Android feature that lets you specify certain conditions that bypass your lock screen security. You'll find it under Settings > Security > Smart Lock on most phones or Settings > Lock Screen > Smart Lock on Samsung devices.
- Use SmartThings Find on Samsung Devices. Have a Samsung device? You don't have to be concerned if you've forgotten your device's screen lock code, as Samsung offers a simple way to reset your lock code if you forget it.
- Use the Forgot Password Prompt. If the previous methods are not working, some manufacturers, such as Realme, provide a built-in feature to help you regain access.
- Delete the PIN File Using ADB. In Android, the system generates a KEY file to keep user credentials, such as fingerprints, patterns, or other passwords.
- Performing a Hard Reset: Open the battery cover on the back of the BlackBerry. Remove the battery from the phone. You can perform a hard reset on the BlackBerry Z10 by pressing and holding the Power button on the top of the phone for about 10 seconds.
- Performing a Soft Reset: Press and hold the Alt key. This method will reset your BlackBerry without having to remove the battery. You cannot perform this method if your BlackBerry does not have a keyboard.

- Use Find My Mobile (Samsung only) If you have a Samsung phone, created a Samsung account, and activated Find My Mobile during the setup process, then you can also use this feature to unlock your phone remotely.
- Unlocking Android 4.4 KitKat or older devices. The unlock process is much simpler when you forget your password, pattern, or PIN on an older Android device.
