When Ted is brought the check in the dining room, he immediately starts writing on it as if he's leaving a tip, even though he hasn't given a credit card yet. He also says that he paid for dinner, but leaves the table before actually paying. 2.1. It could be that he just put his room...

1. Lily's voice was previously dubbed over by another performer for humorous effect in Last Cigarette Ever. 2. The only scene with The Mother is a flashforward to the Farhampton train station after the wedding where her face is hidden by the yellow umbrella. 3. Cassie's necklace reads "Slave" 4. During Robin and Barney's fake story of how they met, the nameplate on the dorm room reads "B. Stinson & T. Mosby". In the true version, it reads "M. Eriksen & T. Mosby".
