Hello, I have the latest version of the Microsoft weather app on windows 10 and the location is showing the wrong location when set to detect my location. location is enabled in-app settings, privacy settings, and the icon that shows location is being used on the taskbar is active. Google maps on Microsoft edge can detect the correct location.

Clock button on left side gives the weather by the hour; one of my favorite choices; but the hourly goes downward instead of across your screen . Hourly weather is also buried down in the first window but you have to search for it.
