Go to the Student Email website, where you should see a Sign In page. If you have not logged in before, you will be prompted to log in to Windows Online: Enter your email address (in the form of firstnamelastname@my.capilanou.ca e.g. johnsmith5@my.capilanou.ca).

Anyone with a CapU email address (@my.capilanou.ca or @capilanou.ca) can access their email via https://webapps.capilanou.ca/email.
You can also use the class email list address, which is automatically generated and updated for each class (e.g. 202210-BADM101-01@lists.capilanou.ca). This will send a message to all capilanou.ca email addresses connected to your students. Encourage them to check there for course messages.
