If you can’t afford private try to get them into Tadcaster Grammar ( not a grammar) or take up / continue with religion and get them into St Aidens / St John Fishers in Harrogate, or don’t move. Aug 24, 2021 · Don't know much about Boston specifically, but they're not dissimilar. Both are large schools, much larger than others in the area such as Wetherby or Sherburn, but they both tend to be oversubscribed as they do well academically. They're both in decent areas & they take from geographically quite wide catchment areas.
Feb 15, 2021 · The house is in the catchment for King James in Knaresborough, although it's actually closer to Boston Spa Academy and Wetherby High. I think it's also close enough to get into Tadcaster Grammer based on distance. When I look at the rankings, Boston Spa Academy shows as "Well Above Average" while the others are all lower.
