It begins with simple PTSD, not that PTSD is simple, then moves to horrible decisions, then to the underworld filled with murder and drugs. It progresses at a snail's pace.

After a chance encounter with a patient, she acts as an angel of mercy to those who want nothing more that to die peacefully. Without providing too many spoilers, the film goes in to "Dexter" territory, and the ending is a bit rushed, but the film looks and sounds beautiful, and boasts a very impressive and experienced cast.
One night on a routine call, she is faced with a moral decision, taking matters into her own hands and mercy kills a young woman. Her decision opens a Pandora’s box that leads Haylee to blur the lines of her job responsibilities and wanting to help those in need.
