Bjørn Edvard Fast Nagell (født Bjørn Edvard Fjelly 12. november 1962 i Fredrikstad) er en norsk filmregissør. Han har blant annet laget reklamefilmer, og vant i 2003 prisen «Young Director» på reklamefilmfestivalen i Cannes .
