This is definitely a scam. Focus group/market research participants are generally not recruited through employment listings and if they are, they wouldn't be in the larger categories - more like part time or misc listings

Jun 18, 2024 · Apex Focus Group isn't a scam, and the site connects you to focus groups and clinical studies. However, it's pretty confusing to use, and many users report getting a lot of spam emails after they sign up. Plus, it doesn't actually pay you directly, which is a bit scammy.
