Oct 2, 2008 · The online edition has duplicate pages and is missing several pages (e.g. 228, 229, 255-258 -- I gave up on Google's rendering and found another edition not scanned quite so carelessly); it should be removed until all of the book's pages are scanned, once, in order. Google digitizing the world's books seems like an excellent idea, but if the results are as poor as this, the project is pointless!
