In fact this time the immigration procdure was much less thorough investigation than a previous time when I entered USA from Canada by bus long ago (early nineties).

Normal† outlets in the USA are nominally 120 V AC at 60 Hz. So you are OK on frequency but the US voltage is way outside the range for which this charger was designed.

However, it is recommended that you print a copy for your records. Also, some airlines may ask you to bring a copy, in which case you should print it out.

I see two ways to interpret this: The ESTA expires when 90 total days in the US or two years from approval have passed. If I have made four 20-day visits in the first year, I need to apply for a new ESTA to do the same thing the next year.

Oct 31, 2016 · 0. Travel Agenies [at least in Germany] do not offer one-way tickets to USA for non-US citizens (not even to greencard holders). One-way ticket costs usually up to three times more than a roundtrip ticket. Nobody with common sense would pay this.
A passport is generally but not always enough in the USA, so sometimes you just have to deal with it and go somewhere else. I can't count the number of times I've had to point out the photo page of my passport to a bouncer, a lot of the residents in less cosmopolitan cities and small towns aren't familiar with international passports and won't recognise them as ID.
