Both are just so well put together as far as weather changes go, and neither strays too far from the intended vanilla appearance. Kyne's Weathers is a patch mod that makes Obsidian, Wander, and pieces of Cathedral work together at once. It looks pretty good too, but Wander by itself is the best "vanilla plus" weather mod.
