Aug 17, 2022 · Work has begun on an £8m project to build a state-of-the-art school building in Lancaster. The new science and technology block at the 750-pupil Central Lancaster High School will feature five modern laboratories. The demolition of four buildings at the Crag Road school - originally built in 1966 - will follow shortly.
