May 18, 2020 · Cover the pot and cook the casserole in a 350º oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven to add the peas. Then continue to cook for another 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender. So many good things packed into one casserole. And having only pot to wash is a nice perk. What to serve with Jollof Rice.
