Master the 1 tick blob flick. If you master this you can solve almost every single scenario you're in. The best ways to practice this is wave 7 (double blob wave iirc) where you can perfect the timing of the 1tick blob flick. If you take 0 damage then you're doing it correctly.

Looks like you're trying to rush through the early waves and trying to conserve your brews. Until you can get to Triples/Zuk, I'd heavily recommend just burning through your yellow potions so you can get as much experience of the hard waves (50+) as possible.
