If you have a question or concern and wish to contact eBay, you must go through their automated system. The company has done away with direct email and chat options for customer service. Fortunately, once you click on "Contact Us," the system is fairly easy to navigate.
If you are not automatically logged in, enter your username and password.
The link is in the upper left corner of the window.
This blue button appears in the lower right of the window.
Choose the category that best describes the reason you wish to contact eBay: Buying; Selling; Account; Returns; or Fees & Billing.
Once you've chosen a category, you'll be given a series of topics from which to select.
Click on a contact option.

If your buyer responds to an email you sent them, they see an option to view your phone number at the bottom of the page. One of our top priorities is protecting our members so we don't allow contact information to be used to complete sales off our site.
