Once released, he sets out on a spree of revenge murders against those responsible for his incarceration and manages to kill five before a journalist and his girlfriend cotton on and try to save the final survivor from the same grisly fate.
A reporter investigating a case of blackmail stumbles upon a series of murders which he believes are connected, leading him to the conclusion that the man who is being blackmailed will be the next victim.
